Advising Betatron Ventures on investment in Botsync

Collyer Law advised Betatron Ventures in relation to its investment in Botsync, a Singapore-based autonomous robotics startup, during its US$5.2 million Series A financing round, co-led with Capital 2B. The funds will support Botsync’s expansion in Southeast Asia and India, and its development of automation solutions, including the syncOS Integrator platform and MAG Mobile Robots, which streamline manufacturing operations for clients across sectors such as automotive, FMCG, and pharmaceuticals.
