Advised Veative Labs on cross-border IP transfer

Collyer Law advised Veative Labs Pte. Ltd. ("Veative SG"), a leading provider of immersive learning technology utilizing VR and AR, on the drafting of key legal documents to facilitate the transfer of intellectual property, assets, employees, agents, and contractors from Veative Group Holdings plc ("UK Co") and Veative Labs Private Limited ("Indian Co") to Veative SG or its designee.

The scope of work included drafting the Second Heads of Terms between the UK Co and Veative SG, a Deed of Assignment of IP, and an Asset Purchase Agreement. This complex transaction involved multiple jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom, India, and Singapore, ensuring a seamless transfer of critical business components to support Veative SG’s continued growth.
