Advised Bahwan on its significant investment into Blue Aqua International

Advised Bahwan Services and Trading, an investment subsidiary of a major Omani conglomerate, on its minority investment into Blue Aqua International, a Singapore-based farm-tech company which specialises in super-intensive shrimp farming where it produces tiger shrimp and white shrimp using its patented method. This advisory role involved cross border elements spanning Singapore and Oman, ensuring that the transaction meets compliance in both jurisdictions.

Once the farm construction is completed in 2024, Blue Aqua International is projected to produce 50 per cent of Singapore's seafood.
