The advisory involved reviewing key documents such as the share subscription agreement, deed of adherence, amended constitution, and shareholders’ agreement to ensure that 500 Startups Vietnam’s rights and interests were preserved throughout the investment process. This transaction included cross-border elements involving jurisdictions in Singapore and Delaware.
