Advising international executive on executive employment contract

Collyer Law advised Rani Francois-Marie Saad, a global executive in aviation, travel technology and venture capital, on an employment contract. Mr Rani founded the corporate venture arm of Abacus Ventures, started-up two commercial airlines in Africa and one private jet operating company in Singapore.
