Advising on largest Series C for Traveltech

Collyer Law advised Traveazy, a traveltech company operating an online portal named HolidayMe for customising international holidays, on a Series C investment Round into its Singapore holding company.

The investment round was led by Gobi Ventures, a home-grown Chinese venture capital fund that invests in early-to-late stage technology and digital media investments in Asia.
