Establishment of Verge HealthTech Fund I

Collyer Law advised a prominent healthcare industry professional with the establishment of private venture capital fund looking to raise upto USD15 million of committed capital. We advised on all fund set-up documents, including a Private Placement Memorandum, Investment Management Agreement and Subscription Agreements.

The Verge Healthtech Fund will focus on early-stage healthcare technology companies and enhancing and strengthening healthcare systems in emerging and developed markets, primarily within Southeast Asia.
