VCFM License for healthtech fund

Collyer Law advised a prominent healthcare professional with establishing an investment fund with USD 15 million of committed capital, on the process of application for the Venture Capital Fund Managers License.

The Fund will focus on early-stage healthcare technology companies and enhancing and strengthening healthcare systems in emerging and developed markets, primarily within Southeast Asia.
