Chuan He’s practice focuses on General Corporate, Venture Capital and Fund Formation work.

 

Prior to joining Collyer, he interned in various law firms in Singapore and completed his traineeship in the Equity Capital Markets department of a Singapore law firm, focusing on capital markets transactions including initial public offerings of companies, a spin-off listing, a reverse takeover as well as providing corporate regulatory and compliance advice for listed companies on a variety of matters.

In his free time Chuan enjoys a few activities such as boxing, simulator racing, electric guitar and painting minifigures.
